The Judge will not listen and will hold it against you unless it is addressed and corrected.
2. Mr B., ASK the Judge "What is the procedure or procedures you wish me to follow if my witnesses have been intimidated and I am now confronted by the loss of a huge part of my evidence? What is the correct court procedure you direct me to follow when my evidence, i.e., my witnesses, have been tampered with?" ((If I have misunderstood, please revise and ask the Judge the appropriate questions.))
3. THEN, Mr.B., your issue of not having enough time AND being told (in writing?) the threat made by the opposition that they would defeat you by running you out of time will be able to be heard.
Once the accusations of misquotes is addressed, the Judge can move on to the real case AND to the Witness Tampering and other (illegal) shenanigans.
4. Deal with the details the Judge has been handed by the opposition even if it means you must admit you used Chat GPT. A public library Reference Librarian can help you pull up the actual cases and even find relevant cases. This can even be done by phone depending on the County and the particular librarian. Reference Librarians can even email the cases to you. Avoid giving the Librarian your personal involvement and personal reason for the research because that will take up more of their time, and it is unlikely to help the Librarian to help you (or the Voting Public!). Stick to the objective question you are attempting to address, which seems to be whether the elected official is due publicly paid representation. Even if you cannot provide "proof to satisfy the Judge", can you withdraw that assertion, and focus on each piece of your original evidence and how each piece of evidence (each Witness) has been tampered with by showing anything you have to document the stance of the Witness before the Witness Tampering?

The Judge actually seems to be trying to be fair and help you. There needs to be a realignment of perspective. A small change or a few small changes or pieces of information could shift the entire picture for the Judge.
Please re-read #2 above and see if there is some way to communicate with the Judge to ask her what the appropriate procedure is if your evidence has been tampered with.
