Imagine this: a high-priced lawyer paid with your tax dollars — is trying to punish a regular citizen and candidate for Supervisor of Elections for daring to expose election fraud. That’s exactly what’s happening in Palm Beach County.
This attorney is going after Jeff Buongiorno, a pro se (self-represented) patriot and candidate for office who caught Supervisor of Elections Wendy Link red-handed.
Instead of defending her in court honestly, and complying with court ordered discovery, the attorney is trying to get Jeff sanctioned — not because he lied or broke the rules — but because he made a simple typo in a filing, which he already corrected. And the lawyer knew it.
They’re using every trick in the book to bully this man into silence so he can’t get the lawyer disqualified for defending election crimes with public money.
That’s right — defending someone accused of altering election records, disenfranchising voters, and fraud... and we’re paying for it. If this doesn’t make your blood boil, what will? If they can do this to him — they can do it to you.
This is corruption hiding behind a law license, and it’s happening in Trump’s own backyard.
Florida Law Is Crystal Clear
Florida Statute 111.07 and multiple Florida Attorney General opinions (AGO 77-87, AGO 89-77) prohibit public funds from being used to defend public officials in personal legal battles, like election contests.
How does a $875/hr attorney not know this?
What is fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent concealment?
Wendy Link is not being sued for doing her job — she’s being sued for how she allegedly cheated to keep it.
This is not in good faith, this is not in the interest of the public, this is not within the scope of her official duties, this is for the legal defense of acts of “Official Misconduct”, Breach of Public Trust, altering election records, deleting of public records, and most importantly the actual disenfranchisement of tens of thousands of Palm Beach County voters.
Yet, not only is she using public money to fight the charges, she even asked for a bigger litigation budget to do it.
No less than 36 Attorney General opinions and case law dating back to 1890 confirm:
Election challenges are personal. They are not public business.
So why is Palm Beach County letting her get away with it?

This is happening right here in Palm Beach County — just miles from Mar-a-Lago.
If this corruption is tolerated in one of the most high-profile conservative counties in America, then no election in the country is safe.

You worked hard. You paid your taxes. You trusted the system.
And now they’re using your money to protect a crooked bureaucrat who got caught tampering with election records.
You didn’t sign up for this.
You didn’t serve your country, raise a family, and build a life just to watch corrupt officials steal your vote and use your wallet to fight the consequences.

This is happening right in the backyard of President Trump.

👉 Download and file this ethics complaint with the Florida Commission on Ethics. It only takes 10 minutes. Let the state know this is unacceptable.
2. Call Your County Commissioner
Ask them:
“Why are we using taxpayer funds to defend someone accused of deleting election records? Are YOU okay with our taxes being used to protect someone accused of election crimes?”
3. Tell Your Neighbors
Print this. Text it. Send it to your friends, neighbors, and family. Email it to your golf group or HOA list. Let them know we’re being ripped off, and no one’s stopping it.
Let’s Be Honest…
If they can do this in Trump’s own county, what message does that send to the rest of the country?
This is psychological warfare. They want you disengaged. Distracted. Defeated.
They’re counting on you staying on the golf course, too tired or too “retired” to fight back.
But that’s not who you are.
You built this country. You remember what honesty, law, and duty look like.
So now it’s time to show it.

It’s about whether you will let them steamroll the rule of law while waving a flag they’ve disgraced.
