DID YOU RECEIVE A VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT DESPITE NOT REQUESTING IT?
If you did, please come forward, we want to speak to you.
Yesterday, many voters in Pinellas County got a vote-by-mail ballot even though they didn't ask for one. I know this because worried voters have been telling me about it.
This worries me a lot as someone who cares about safe elections, as a voter, and as a candidate.
If you were sent a vote by mail ballot and did not request one please reach out to us.
It's a big problem because many ballots were sent to places that can't get mail or where people no longer live.
This could let bad people collect these ballots and vote however they want.
Then, when real voters go to vote in person, they might be told they already voted.
Voting by mail has no chain of custody. This is a massive problem in Pinellas County.
Did you know Donald J. Trump “lost” by 1,241 votes in Pinellas County during the 2020 election?
Did you know that in the 2020 election, a lot of vote-by-mail ballots were sent to addresses that couldn't receive them?
How many vote-by-mail ballots did Julie Marcus send to people who didn't ask for them?
How many vote-by-mail ballots were sent to wrong addresses?
Do you know who didn't lose their election by vote-by-mail ballot in the 2020 election? Julie Marcus…
I was worried about how well the voter list was kept up in Pinellas County during the 2020 and 2022 elections.
The number of vote-by-mail ballots sent to wrong addresses was huge.
Instead of fixing the problem, the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections said they might charge me for making what they called "frivolous" complaints. My complaints weren't frivolous then, and they're not frivolous now.
These issues were a big problem then and are still a big problem today.
At one address alone in Clearwater there were massive numbers of vote by mail ballots sent out to the following voters at the following address.

Did you know that harvesting voter ballots is a felony in Florida?
Requesting a vote-by-mail ballot for another person can be considered a crime under Florida law unless you have legal authority to do so. Specifically, Florida statutes regulate who can request vote-by-mail ballots and how they must be handled.
Florida Statutes
1. Florida Statutes Section 101.62:
This section outlines the procedures for requesting vote-by-mail ballots. A request for a vote-by-mail ballot must be made by the voter, an immediate family member, or the voter’s legal guardian.
Immediate family members are defined as the voter’s spouse, parent, child, grandparent, or sibling.
2. Florida Statutes Section 104.0616:
This statute makes it illegal for anyone to request a vote-by-mail ballot on behalf of another person with the intent to interfere with the voter’s right to vote or to commit fraud.
Penalty: Violations of this statute can result in a third-degree felony charge, punishable by up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
Legal Authority
You are allowed to request a vote-by-mail ballot for another person only if you are an immediate family member or legal guardian of the voter. Doing so without proper authorization is considered fraudulent and is subject to criminal prosecution.
All those email addresses belong to Scientology as does the apt complex at that address.
Gleason Prove what you have said. You sound like conspiracy theorist. I will not vote for you unless you prove people are actually voting fraudulently
