WHERE DID ALL THE "100% BLANK BALLOTS CAST" IN PINELLAS COUNTY GO? PART 1

During the 2020 election there were some significant issues that deeply concerning for many Americans. There were so many irregularities that have yet to be discussed publicly. One of the most troubling issues seen across America was related to the Chain of Custody of the ballots themselves.
It was recently brought to my attention that in Pinellas County Florida for several elections involving the Pinellas County Sheriff there are some very important questions that need to be answered and addressed.
In the video below you can see that voters ballots are being transported by Pinellas County Sheriff Deputies.
Is this legal?
Is this permissible under Florida or Federal laws?
Do you think this activity be legal or a significant conflict of interest if you were informed that the Sheriff’s Deputies had taken possession of the voters ballots during the election for their boss Sheriff Bob Gualtieri?
I was and still am extremely curious about the legality of this, as a concerned citizen, as a concerned taxpayer, as a concerned elector and now as a concerned candidate for Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections.
I found the content of this video so concerning I made an official public records request to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office requesting the following:
Pinellas County Deputy Body Cam and Dash Cam Footage For All Deputies Taking Possession of and Transporting Voters Ballots.
Copies of Any and All Chain of Custody Documents Related to Pinellas County Deputies Taking Possession of and Transporting Voters Ballots.
Legal Opinion Letter Related to Sheriff Bob Gualtieri and His Subordinates Taking Possession of Ballots for an Election That He Was A Candidate.
The Pinellas County Sheriff has acknowledged my Public Records Request. I will keep you posted on the results as TRANSPARENCY is paramount in order to trust the outcome of our “Free, Fair and Transparent Elections”.
Unfortunately, the current Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Julie Marcus, her Deputy Dustin Chase and legal eagle Matt Smith have illegally and falsely deemed any and all information related to the handling of the ballots in Pinellas County elections “TOP SECRET” and “EXEMPT” from Public Disclosure.
Why would the manner in which the official duties of how elections are administered possibly be exempt from public disclosure? The page in the image above and the image below were both provided by Julie Marcus the current Supervisor of Elections of Pinellas County.

If a sheriff or his deputies in Florida were to take possession of and transport ballots for his own election, several state and federal laws could potentially be violated:
1. Florida Statutes Title IX Chapter 104.041 - This section of Florida law pertains to fraud in connection with casting and tabulation of votes. It prohibits any person from fraudulently or corruptly influencing the outcome of an election, which can include unauthorized handling of ballots.
2. Federal Law (52 U.S.C. § 10307) - Under the Voting Rights Act, it is unlawful for any person acting under color of law to willfully fail to tabulate, count, and report any vote. This could apply to law enforcement officials improperly handling ballots.
3. Federal Law (52 U.S.C. § 20511) - The Help America Vote Act of 2002 makes it a federal crime to knowingly and willfully deprive, defraud, or attempt to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process, through the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.
The handling of ballots is strictly regulated to ensure that elections are fair, secure, and free from tampering or undue influence.
Who thinks that the manner in which votes are counted is important?
Get rid of anything but paper ballots on day of election. The vote counters need to be trustworthy as well as being watched at all times. That sounds like an oxymoron but it has to be this way.
