Add up the count from every precinct and you will have the in person amount of votes cast. Vote by mail needs to be monitored at the election officials office every day requesting the total number of vote by mail ballots received by mail, drop box and in person. Keep a running total over the 30 day period which they can be sent back. You have the right to inspect the vote by mail ballots prior to them being open as per Florida election law 101.572. Use it. If not allowed, view the canvassing board meetings where they open the ballots. They will be brought in to the counting area via secure cages. The vote by mail will be in post office trays. There are approximately 500 votes per tray. You will know how many total votes have been cast if you follow the program. This will keep tens of thousands of votes being counted that do not exist. The evidence is the vote by mail envelope. That tells the story. Good luck
