I'm not seeing much in the way of checks and balances. Congress ignores the Law. The Executive ignores the Law. The Judiciary remains tight lipped on the aforementioned criminalities and can't even bother to discipline the inferior courts. So where do we go for petitioning our Government for redress? Oh, that's right. The Capitol jail.
