Pinellas County is the epicenter of Florida "Election Fraud". The Pinellas Republican Executive Committee is aware, yet falsely claims that the elections are free, fair and transparent. THIS IS A LIE.
FACTS MATTER…
The data does not lie, politicians and lawyers do. In Pinellas County, the people who are entrusted to safeguard our elections are part of a massive Election Fraud RICO conspiracy that has removed the consent of the governed through voter disenfranchisement on an unimaginable scale.
This massive RICO conspiracy involves the Florida Supervisor of Elections Inc, an illegal lobbyist group controlled by corrupt election officials and lobbyists for Dominion, ES&S, Runbeck, ClearVote, VR Systems, Cathedral Corp, etc.
The evidence of this election fraud is contained in the election data generated by the machines and technology used to conduct our elections.
We first identified issues in Lee County Florida, that spread to an investigation into all 67 Florida counties covering multiple election cycles. I then expanded into other states. The second state investigated was Maryland. The data obtained there provided us with enough data to clearly identify the patterns of fraud and prove the thesis developed in Florida. This data obtained was also a key factor in the Director of Maryland Elections Linda Lamone abruptly announcing her retirement.
This was part of the investigation covered in the first set of videos by James O’Keefe when he launched OMG - O’Keefe Media Group.
When attempting to obtain data from Pinellas County we encountered a great deal of resistance. Then when we obtained the first report requested, the EL45A Election Summary report we noticed something that was significant. The “significant find” was the fact that key data fields were removed/hidden/altered from the “Official Election Records”.
We then inquired about this data discrepancy and our “Public Records Requests” went unanswered. Why?
Next, we inquired for additional data and reports that we knew would show the data that we were interested in obtaining. We were then met with completely unreasonable demands for payment for them to simply email a few files to us. The charge for sending a few files was over $10K.
Why would an election official try to charge a voter/taxpayer/citizen over $10K to send an email with a handful of file attachments that they already have sitting on a hard drive?
The data requested are public records, subject to FULL PUBLIC DISCLOSURE.
This is mandated by the Florida Constitution, and numerous Florida Statutes, covered under Chapter 119 and Chapter 98.
As we have now found the Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc, drafted a new “Election Integrity Bill” it is called SB 7050. This bill was written by attorneys and lobbyists that represent the “Election Fraud Mafia” all tied to Dominion, ES&S, Runbeck, ClearVote and VR Systems.
SB7050 Eviscerated Florida Election Integrity Laws AND ensures that the data that we used to uncover how many elections across America have been stolen will be hidden from public disclosure.
This bill also is designed to change Florida law that would have required Ron DeSantis to resign in order to run for President.
Below is a copy of the Petition for Writ of Mandamus filed in Pinellas County Circuit Court to compel the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections to provide ALL the data requested about Pinellas County Elections.
We will soon see how the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Office, Julie Marcus the Supervisor of Elections and Dustin Chase the Deputy Supervisor of Elections respond.
