EXCLUSIVE: FANI WILLIS CAMPAIGN FINANCE FRAUD
Campaign Finance Smurfs Hide Everywhere In the ACTBLUE RICO Money Laundering Enterprise
Fani Willis is about to have some tough nights ahead. Her campaign finance report are full of smurfs, money laundering, voter fraud, RICO and public corruption.
Let’s look at Fani’s #1 donor by # of transactions according to her GA campaign finance report.
Alan Charles does not live at the address that is being reported in the GA campaign finance filings nor does he live at the address listed in the FEC ActBlue reports.
How do we know this? Because we checked…

Did Allen Charles from Aurora Colorado take out a mortgage or have a deed transferred to him on or about December 2017?
That is strange… Isn’t it?
How about if we look at Fani’s # 2 donor by # of contributions…

This type of FEC transaction history is an indication of short bursts of smurfing activity.
Peter Burgis and Allen Charles both do not live at the addresses that Fani Willis’ campaign finance report has filed with the State of Georgia.
Peter Burgis and Allen Charles both do not live at the address that the ACTBLUE campaign finance reports has filed with the Federal Elections Commission.
Is this a coincidence?
Are filing accurate campaign finance reports important?
Are filing campaign finance reports with false information a crime?
In Georgia, there are laws against filing false documents that are somewhat analogous to New York's laws concerning the filing of false business or election records.
Specifically, Georgia Code § 16-10-20.1 addresses the issue of filing false documents within the state. This statute makes it unlawful for any individual to knowingly file, enter, or record any document in a public record or court of the state (or the United States) that is false or contains materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements or representations. The definition of "document" under this law is broad and includes tangible mediums and electronic or other mediums that are retrievable in perceivable form, such as liens, encumbrances, documents of title, instruments relating to a security interest in or title to real or personal property, or other records, statements, or representations of fact, law, right, or opinion.
Violation of this law is considered a felony, with potential punishments including imprisonment ranging from one to ten years, a fine not exceeding $10,000, or both. This reflects the seriousness with which the state of Georgia regards the integrity of public records and legal documents.
Additionally, Georgia Code § 16-10-20 addresses false statements and writings, concealment of facts, and fraudulent documents in matters within the jurisdiction of the state or its political subdivisions. This section further underscores the legal implications of submitting false information to government entities, emphasizing the importance of truthfulness in official matters.
According to the campaign finance reports that Fani Willis filed she had over 220 Anonymous Donors to her campaign. No name, no address, no employer, nada, zilch…
Is that even legal? According to the State of Georgia, NOPE…
So to recap, we just looked at the ANON/BLANK INFORMATION donors and the #1 and #2 campaign finance donors by # of transactions and we can see false statements, false campaign finance reporting, concealment of facts, and what appears to also be a link to making campaign finance contributions in someone else’s name.
Wait until you see the rest of her donors…
Senior citizens who have had their identities stolen…
Donors who both vote by mail in multiple states and make campaign finance contributions in multiple states, using multiple address, all without employment and making thousands of campaign finance contributions via ACTBLUE to democrats in Federal, state and local elections…
