After years of hard work we uncovered how the deep state and uniparty have been rigging elections. During the past year massive progress was made documenting and raising awareness about how Florida actually has selections and not elections.
We uncovered a massive RICO operation with money laundering and fraud at a scale never seen before in our nation’s history.
We then brought all of the fraud to the attention of those who are supposed to be ensuring that our elections are free, fair and transparent.
We brought mountains of evidence to them for criminal prosecution.
They did pass some groundbreaking election integrity measures. The measures were so good that the Soros fraud enterprise and the DNC attacked it through lawfare.
An election crimes division was created and funded to the joy of many Floridians.
Then came THE TRUTH.
The election crimes division was a joke. They never pursued any of the major frauds presented. In fact, they and the criminal Attorney General Ashley Moody worked together to actually cover up election crimes and used illegal undue influence to silence candidates who had their elections stolen.
Ultimately, what did end up happening is that the real “ELECTION FRAUD” was uncovered. But the 2000 mules were just small potatoes. We actually uncovered that the “ELECTION FRAUD MAFIA” was behind most of the fraud that materially affected the outcomes of most Florida elections and had been for quite some time.
WHO IS THE “ELECTION FRAUD MAFIA”?
In Florida, the “ELECTION FRAUD MAFIA” is controlled by a shadowy NGO called the Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc known as the FSE.
This is an illegal lobbyist organization funded by “Supervisor of Elections Dues” which is paid by county taxpayer dollars and through sponsorship by the “Election Fraud Technology Industry” comprised of such trusted companies like Dominion, Runbeck, ES&S, VR Systems, Cathedral Corp and ClearBallot.
ALL OF THE CURRENT AND PROPOSED BILLS ON ELECTION INTEGRITY SUCH AS SB 7005, SB 7050 AND SB 7067 HAVE BEEN WRITTEN AND SPONSORED BY “THE ELECTION FRAUD MAFIA”.
These bills are TOXIC
These bills eviscerate election integrity. They legalize election fraud.
Q. Who in their right mind would vote to pass election integrity laws written by lobbyists and attorneys for Dominion, Runbeck, ES&S, etc ?
A. People who have been beneficiaries of this massive “Election Fraud” and RICO operation.
HOW TOXIC ARE THESE BILLS? LOOK AT SB 7005
QUESTION: Why would anyone try to restrict the public from viewing voter roll “LIST MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES” that are required to be open to public viewing and scrutiny?
ANSWER: To hide neglect of duty, corrupt practices, and massive fraud used to materially affect the outcome of elections.

In an interview right before his untimely and unexpected death the new Director of the Florida Election Crimes Unit publicly said that the Florida voter rolls were a mess and the source for much of the election and voter fraud.
The screenshot above is part of my personal email to Cord Byrd, Ron DeSantis, Chief Inspector General, and other government officials trying to compel them to take real definitive actions.
As you can see above Cord Byrd told us that the solution is to sue them to get them to do their duty. Now they have created new legislation to legalize their “ELECTION CRIMES”.
In our meeting I reminded him that in the Broward Election Crimes press conference Governor DeSantis himself said “You can have all of these great policy reforms but if it’s not actually enforced then what difference is it going to make at the end of the day. Fact of the matter is if there are certain rules and regulations in place if people don’t think that those are going to be enforced you are going to have more violations. That’s just the way it goes.”.
I further stated to Cord Byrd:
If you really wanted us to bring solid evidence to you then you would have ordered every single Supervisor of Elections to preserve all of the 2020 Elections Data. It is my understanding that several spoilation letters were sent to you and the Division of Elections. We are getting reports that the data has been destroyed. Is this the case? In Governor DeSantis’ speech, he mentioned that “I also want to be very clear going forward that we’re going to continue to make sure that our laws are rigorously enforced and one of the things that we are doing is we want to ensure that ALL THE RECORDS THAT WE HAVE FROM THE MOST RECENT ELECTION IN 2020 ARE PRESERVED”.
Governor DeSantis was very clear, he said “ALL THE RECORDS”. As you mention in our discussion yesterday words mean things and words do matter. “ALL” does not mean some. “ALL” does not mean only a few.
Florida does not have elections. Florida has selections. This simple fact was made abundantly clear yesterday by you, the very man who has been personally entrusted to ensure the integrity of Florida elections. This is a breach of the public trust at a minimum.
I would like to remind you that I am not paid to investigate election crimes or corrupt politicians and corrupt public servants. I do not work for you. I do not work for your office. You work for me. You work for every other single person in the State of Florida.
Based on my extensive work over the past months, I personally have ZERO confidence in the elections in Florida. The data that I have personally uncovered, and the evidence gathered by countless other concerned citizens and voters who have been investigating the integrity of elections speak for themselves. As an attorney, you know the term “Res ipsa loquitur “.
Yesterday it was brought to my attention that your close confidant is Mark Early. This is from the Florida Supervisors of Elections Inc website.
The end result of this face to face meeting and email recap was quite revealing. The Chief Inspector General for Florida who answers directly to Ron DeSantis refused to investigate the claims and allegations made.
He did however, refer the investigation request to the Inspector General who answers directly to Cord Byrd.
When I pushed back and asked if I understood what he just told me his reply showed me everything that I needed to know.
As we we have since come to understand these same “Constitutional Officers” and public officials are part of the “Election Fraud Mafia” and were actively working to subvert our Constitutional government through election fraud and other illegal acts.
The evidence presented to them has now been weaponized against “We the People” and the “Election Fraud Mafia” is now illegally trying to pass new laws in order to cover up their past crimes and ensure that their RICO enterprise is allowed to control the levers of power within the Florida government.
The “Election Fraud Mafia” has in fact removed the consent of the governed and now they are trying to pass new laws and amend old laws creating the “Florida Election Fraud Legalization Acts”.

Yesterday, I posted about my personal efforts to ensure free, fair and transparent elections in Pinellas County. The issue in Pinellas County is so terrible that I was forced to file a lawsuit against the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections in order to get them to follow the Florida Constitution, Florida Sunshine Laws and Florida Election Statutes. Floridians are well aware that our elections are not free and fair. Can you assure me that our processes are hack proof, fraud proof, transparent and auditable by citizens? You must code into law processes and procedures to ensure that the citizens of Florida have excellent election security. SB7050, SB 7067 and SB7005 fails Floridians and I am calling to voice my opposition to these bills.
These three bills are terrible, they are toxic and they are in truth "The Florida Election Fraud Legalization Acts".
These three bills violate the Florida Voters Bill of Rights as they ensure that the vote of every Florida Voter is not cast accurately nor counted accurately.

In the Independent article, it showed vote the State House reps. All the Rs look to have voted no. Don't Rs have huge control of the house? How could this pass, it doesn't add up .Cleta Mitchell has been a fervent Trump ally, why would she now be an advocate of hiding ballot fraud data for DeSantis? I am not a Desantis guy, but this whole thing is confusing. Are you saying most of the Republican reps are eGOP Rinos that are against Trump and that Cleta Mitchell has abandoned Trump and backs Desantis now? What are you leaving out or possibly misinterpreting?
