Corruption in the Courtroom: A Florida Judge Just Tried to Shut Down an Election Fraud Case in President Trump's Home County
Why You Should Be Outraged—and What You Can Do to Help
My fellow Americans,
This isn’t some third-world dictatorship story—it’s happening right now in President Trump’s home of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Imagine going to court to challenge evidence of election misconduct, bringing with you certified government documents, multiple witnesses, and a case that could blow the lid off corruption in our electoral system.
Then imagine the judge refusing to let your witnesses testify, threatening your key witness with criminal charges, and blocking you from introducing your most crucial evidence—all while favoring the opposing side at every turn.
That’s exactly what happened to Jeff Buongiorno, a former Congressional candidate and the real winner of the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections contest, who is now fighting to expose potential election fraud in Florida.
And now he’s asking for our help.

What Happened in Court?
On July 1, 2025, Judge Renatha Cheesman presided over an evidentiary hearing where Jeff was arguing for equitable tolling—a legal way to extend the deadline to file an election challenge when public records were withheld or fraud concealed critical facts.
But instead of hearing his case fairly:
She intimidated his main witness, Christopher Gleason, even calling on a deputy to threaten removal mid-testimony.
She allowed opposing counsel to threaten that same witness with prosecution, without saying a word to stop it.
She blocked over 400 pages of public records—evidence that had already been authenticated and filed.
She refused to let other prepared witnesses speak, including Candace Rojas and Bill Voltmer, who were there to testify to election-related fraud.
She dismissed and demeaned Jeff repeatedly, while letting the defense speak without limits.
This isn’t just bad judging. It’s a full-on assault on due process—and a betrayal of every American who believes in equal justice under the law.
This Isn’t Just About One Man’s Case
Jeff Buongiorno is a pro se litigant (meaning he’s representing himself). He isn’t a career politician. He’s a regular American—just like us—who saw something wrong and tried to do something about it.
Instead of a fair hearing, he got a rigged deck.
This is exactly how corruption survives: by making examples of those who challenge it. If judges are allowed to silence election fraud whistleblowers, what hope is left for public accountability?
Why All Americans Should Care—Especially This Week
Tomorrow is the Fourth of July—a time when we celebrate our freedom, our Constitution, and the founding belief that government should serve the people, not the other way around.
But that promise means nothing if our courts silence truth and protect power over justice.
Whether you're a Baby Boomer who remembers paper ballots, a Gen Xer raised on civic duty, a Millennial who watched democracy get tested, or a Zoomer demanding transparency in a digital age—this fight belongs to all of us.
Because today, we’re seeing:
Unverified digital vote systems
Election records hidden or falsified
Judges blocking witnesses and suppressing evidence
These aren’t partisan problems. They’re American problems. And if we ignore them, we forfeit the very freedom we’ll be celebrating tomorrow.
So this July 4th, let’s do more than barbecue and watch fireworks. Let’s remember what independence really means—and fight to preserve it.

This is terrible.

I am grateful to all those who are fighting these injustices.
Palm Beach county, the county Ft Lauderdale is in and Miami are notoriously pro D and so are the judges.
